BeltLine’s Fourth Ward becomes Atlanta’s Nerve Center for Festival 2023
Fourth Ward is one of the largest and most transformative mixed-use developments on the Atlanta Belt Line. It will open in Fall 2023 just in time for the annual Atlanta Design Festival.
It will feature a blend of public and private spaces to seamlessly integrate into an already thriving community. The building is the vision of New City Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate development firm that focuses on developing unique, non-commodity projects that fit within the context of the surrounding environment. Whether space for the community to work, shop, eat, or live, New City believes each property should include an interesting mix of uses, the latest innovations in technology and sustainability, and encourage walkability.
Fourth Ward will become home to the annual Conference and several events over the course of the nine-day festival.
