Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a membership to the Atlanta Design Festival, you agree to the following terms:
1. Overview
Memberships are offered by MA Design is Human, a LLC based in the State of Georgia. These memberships are voluntary, recurring contributions that help fund the Atlanta Design Festival and its related programming.
2. Membership Levels and Benefits
Membership benefits are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time, with reasonable notice to active members.
3. Recurring Payments
All paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe. By joining, you authorize Stripe to automatically charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time through the member portal or contacting admin@atlantadesignfestival.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods.
5. Tax Status
Membership fees are considered support contributions and are not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated. We recommend consulting a tax advisor if you have questions.
6. Use of Funds
Membership funds are used to support the operations, programming, and educational initiatives of the Atlanta Design Festival and affiliated activities.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your contact and payment information is processed securely through Stripe and will never be sold or shared.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this membership agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately for new members or at the end of the billing cycle for existing members.
