How do you transform a collection of office towers and surface parking lots into a more connected, active piece of Buckhead?

Join John McColl and Ambika Burda of Cousins Properties, and Alexander Briseno and Ronnie Belizaire of HKS for a behind-the-scenes site tour and conversation exploring nearly a decade of ideas, investments and design decisions shaping the evolution of the former Capital City Plaza site into 3350 Peachtree.

The discussion will trace the transformation from the inside out, from repositioning 3350 Peachtree’s lobby, workplace amenities, plaza and retail experience to testing new combinations of office, residential, parking and public space across the larger campus. Along the way, the panel will share how changing market conditions, existing assets and long-term development goals influenced the process, and how one enduring ambition continues to guide the work: replace the cars with people and turn parking into place.
